It’s important to provide your letter writer(s) the appropriate AMCAS Letter Request Form (generated after you create a letter entry for your letter author within the AMCAS application), so it can accompany the letter they have written on your behalf, regardless of how the letter  · Some letter writers will just know this based on passed years, but if you have someone that does not write letters for AMCAS often, then they will not know it needs to be included as AMCAS does not state it nor do they require it for a letter to be uploaded. Its actually the individual schools that require it, so AMCAS does not care
